SALES PRICES

All sales prices shown on the site www.elecobike.com represent a public and means VAT included. Shipping costs in Europe vary depending on the product purchased, prices can be modified by ELECOBIKE AB at any time without warning you.

WARRANTIES OF PRODUCTS

The purchase of the material through the site www.ELECOBIKE.com implies full acceptance of the conditions of warranty claims.

RESPONSABILITY

The customer when do an order on the website www.elecobike.com , declares to be and declares that the data sent (name, address and contact) are true and correct.

PAYMENTS BY BANK TRANSFER

Paying by bank transfer the goods will be dispatched only after verifying been credited to our account.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Swedish law and interpreted on the basis of it, without prejudice to any other mandatory rule prevailing in the country of habitual residence of the buyer. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Swedish law.

Any disputes inherent and / or consequent to the same must be resolved exclusively by the Swedish judicial authority. In particular, if the buyer qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes must be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to applicable law.

DATA PROCESSING

The buyer’s data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the appropriate section containing the information pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (Privacy Policy).

DELIVERY

If not agreed in different ways, the delivery takes place from our warehouse to the address indicated in your registration on our site or to that reported.

Once the goods have been shipped, delivery times do not depend on us, but on the Company in charge.

The customer is bound to contact us in case the address is wrong and change it and to be found at home / office or to find someone in his stead to collect the goods.

Elecobike ab do not take responsibility if the package returns back to the wrong address or recipient absent, then a further return will weigh on the customer’s expenses.

The buyer must send us the goods as delivered, or in case of damaged goods, he is required to pay a difference based on the damage, in case the damage is attributable to the customer. If instead the goods received are in use or tampered with, or installed and then removed, we reserve the right, after consulting a sector expert, to withhold from the total to be reimbursed from 5 to 30% based on the value of the goods and / o conditions, as it will be resold as such,  “USED ARTICLE” and not as new.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Date:

Most in-stock products orders are processed within 3-5 business days . If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, it will ship on Monday or workday. And the shipping time for PRE-ORDER is calculated according to the shipping date indicated on the product page + regional delivery time.

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Kindly note that, if you didn’t receive the package within our shipping time or the package you received missing items, please contact support@elecobike.com within a week.

In the addition, if you see the package was returned to the sender, we will check it for you as soon as possible.

Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order.

Special circumstances such as a high volume of orders, new product releases, or restock days may lead to longer shipping times. If this is the case, we will note it on the product page and send a follow-up reminder via email. We will try our best to process each order in a timely manner, but it is difficult to be perfect, if this happens, hope you can understand.

EBIKE OVER 250W

For ebikes with electric motors OVER 250W and / or with a maximum assisted speed greater than 25 km / h, or which have any accelerator or throttle that activates the engine without pedaling, there are specific requirements for homologation for access to city areas and where normal road traffic is deployed

( European regulation 168/2013).

The aforementioned ebikes can however be used, without any limits, in private areas, in any case where the road regulations do not apply.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS,you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
